CasinoPunkt runs entirely in your browser. Sign-up, log-in, the contact form and the unsubscribe form are demos: they don't send data to any server. We never store passwords and we don't use advertising trackers.

What data is processed and how
Demo sign-up
When you create free access you enter a name, an email address and a password. The email address and password are only checked in your browser to validate their format, and are discarded straight away. Demo sign-up does not create a real account on any server. Only your display name and a flag showing you've created access are kept in your browser.
Log-in
Log-in does not authenticate against any server. Whatever you type is neither stored nor sent.
Contact form
The contact form does not send data to a server. Your message is discarded when you press “Send message”.
Unsubscribe form
The unsubscribe form neither sends nor stores your email address.
Passwords
Passwords are never stored at any point, either in your browser or on any server.
Storage in your browser
To make the site work, a few harmless preferences are kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage): your age confirmation, your cookie choice, the demo session status, your display name and your remaining spins. This data never leaves your device. The Cookie policy lists every item.
Technical hosting data
As with any website, the server hosting CasinoPunkt may log technical data about each visit (IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type) to keep the service secure and running. These logs are managed by the web hosting provider, acting as data processor, and are kept only for as long as needed for those security and operational purposes.
Purposes and legal basis
- Remembering your age confirmation and preferences: necessary to provide the service you ask for.
- Keeping the site technically secure through server logs: the controller's legitimate interest.
- Answering questions you send by email to the contact address: your consent and our legitimate interest in replying.
Cookies, advertising and third parties
The static implementation of CasinoPunkt neither requires nor includes advertising trackers, conversion pixels or analytics tools. Fonts are served from the site's own domain, with no requests to external services. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
If an analytics or advertising tool were ever added, we would update this policy and ask for your consent before switching it on.
International transfers
The site's code does not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Any transfer resulting from the hosting provider will be covered by the safeguards set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Retention
Data kept in your browser stays there until you log out of the demo session or clear the site's data in your browser settings. You can do this at any time.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by emailing [email protected]. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Minors
CasinoPunkt is intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process data relating to minors.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service or the law. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
